When you request rate options we collect your answers to the questionnaire, your name, email address, phone number, and the state and ZIP code of the property. We also record when you submitted the form, your IP address, your browser type, the page you came from, and any campaign tags in the link you used. We keep the exact consent text you agreed to.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, income, or bank details, and we do not pull your credit.

Who receives your request
